Love this heart-breaking note, including the usual failure to write that silent “h” so common to native speakers. So moving and a reminder of how privileged our own children are.
It is interesting… I usually see that removal of the h from native speakers born here who may not have instruction in Spanish. Fabian definitely has some pretty big gaps in education, so I wonder if it’s intentional or he actually doesn’t know how to spell those words!
Yes, our children are soooo privileged. I shared his note with my girls and told them they better throw the best Halloween party on the planet this year!!
