PSAT purge:
cleaning out my teacher desk
since boredom is god

morning walk purge:
catching the fire of sun
before blanching light

walk-in closet purge:
buying simple solutions
no wasting a soul

a flag like stained glass
because nothing is the same
as nothing should be

National pet day:

our three cats and fluffy pup

bring joy to our lives

a quiet classroom 
is actually a blessing 
i just didn’t know

everything’s broken
the car, the obese dog… me
oh, but the orchid.

we’ve reached the last day
spring is always bittersweet 
goodbye to this view

the sun rises red
to match my sleepless red eyes
