Step Write Up 
It’s exhausting to have to repeatedly explain.
I wrote up a summary to email to family and friends who are consistently in my life and who have a legitimate reason to know and understand. I did that because I was exhausted by having 20-questions conversations over and over . It’s a lot of emotional energy to simply live it in my own household. I don’t have the emotional energy to justify it over and over in conversations.
So true… This story has something to do with school though, not friends or relatives! I’ll tell you later. But people just don’t get it.
